Here is a character that I worked on, intermittently, over the last few months. The goal was to get comfortable with polypaint, ztools, materials and bpr in zbrush. This style exploration was done by one of the concept guys at work. It was a really fun style to realize in 3d. This was rendered in 3ds and comp'd in PS.
I didn't get to 'finishing' all the high-res modelling and texturing... only did enough to give a 'sense' of the character. There were definitely a lot of things I learned that should help me out with future pieces.
